• Down payment equal to 2 monthly payments
• Alaska, Hawaii & Dade County FL are restricted
• Credit report guidelines:   $1,000 - $15,000     $15,001 - $150,000
• Equifax            210 & Higher           230 & Higher
• Experian          600 & Higher           620 & Higher
